PROSTATE CANCER

In the next 24 hours, prostate cancer will claim the lives of over 83 American men, more than 30,350 in 2005. Each day 53 men in Florida are expected to be diagnosed with prostate cancer making it the #1 diagnosed cancer (non-skin cancer) in Florida.
In Florida it is projected during this year alone, 2,570 men will die
of this disease.

Our Mission is to advocate the prevention of prostate cancer
deaths in Florida by supporting RESEARCH, promoting legislation,
and offering INFORMATION on early detection, support organizations
and current treatment options.
